Applicability of Policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below. We kindly request you to review all product and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

As every QALA piece is custom-made and handcrafted specially for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A defective piece

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos and your order details. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Store Credits

In approved cases where a replacement is not possible, QALA may issue a store credit at its sole discretion.
Store credits are non-refundable and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

  1. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. We are unable to make any changes or modifications after order confirmation.
  3. We recommend reviewing your shipping details, size, and contact information carefully before placing your order.

Product Note

Our garments are handcrafted with love, and slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, print placement, or pattern may naturally occur.

These subtle differences are not defects, but a part of the uniqueness and beauty of handmade products.

Delivery & Acceptance

We request you to kindly ensure availability at the time of delivery.

If:

  • A parcel is refused,
  • Delivery attempts fail due to unavailability,
  • Or the package is returned to us by the courier partner,

the order will be considered closed.

As each product is made exclusively for you, we will not be able to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits in such cases.

Lost or Incorrect Delivery Status

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please notify us within 24 hours so we can coordinate with the courier partner. Queries raised after this timeframe may not be entertained.

QALA reserves the right to decline any request that does not comply with our policy.
